This Refund Policy applies to all bookings made through www.magnoliatourmanagement.com (“Website”) and services provided by Magnolia Tour Management (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Refund eligibility depends on:

Standard Cancellation Terms

  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposits and administrative fees

4. Changes Instead of Cancellation

5. Cancellation by Magnolia Tour Management

If we cancel your booking due to circumstances within our control:

  • You will receive a full refund, or

  • You may choose an alternative service of equal value

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather

  • Government restrictions

  • Pandemics

  • Strikes or transport disruptions

In such cases, refunds will depend on third-party provider policies, and we may offer:

  • Partial refunds, or

  • Credit vouchers

7. Third-Party Services

Many components of your booking are provided by third parties. Their refund policies may differ and will apply where relevant.

We will make reasonable efforts to recover funds on your behalf but cannot guarantee full refunds.

8. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible
